I’ve always been fascinated by what helps people thrive.

How do we create the conditions to feel safe, grounded, connected and fully ourselves? How do we navigate challenge, uncertainty and change without losing sight of who we are?

For over a decade, I worked as a COO and founding team member of one of Europe’s leading fintechs, helping grow the business from a small startup into an international company. While the growth was exciting, my greatest interest was always people: what helped individuals flourish, teams collaborate and meaningful work emerge.

Alongside my career, I was drawn to mindfulness, yoga, breathwork and, more recently, somatic practices. Becoming a mother deepened this exploration even further, revealing just how closely our wellbeing is connected to our bodies, nervous systems and relationships.

Today, through Ikigai Flow, I bring these worlds together. My work combines coaching, mindfulness and somatic practices to help people reconnect with themselves, navigate life’s transitions and create a life that feels more aligned, meaningful and alive.
